With a humble
beginning in Delaware with a solo practitioner more than a decade ago,
InfoQuest Systems now serves practitioners in several States. Rather
than taking an approach of providing a 'canned' software, we
concentrated on delivering software based on what the customers wanted
for their individual practices. As a result, we have learned a great
deal from our customers and in return provided them with an excellent
value for their investment in terms of increased cash flow, reduced
operating costs and better user experience.
At InfoQuest Systems, customer
service is the MOST important value we offer. We make IT (Information
Technology) our practice to understand your practice. Therefore, we try
to understand your work flow, people and management. We strive to keep
up to date with EDI changes, insurance requirements, CMS and HIPAA
mandated changes and the way each of our customer's practices works, so
that we can offer the best service to our clients. We define this
service in terms of least 'downtime' for our customers and least
interruptions in their cash flow.
