You have an
existing billing software that really works for you. You have been
submitting electronic claims in NSF format to Medicare, Blue Shield,
Medicaid or a clearing house. Your software even allows you to do
'auto-posting' based on electronic remittance files that you were
receiving in NSF format. With new regulations, these entities
around the
country have stopped doing EDI transactions in NSF format.
Many
clearing houses have stopped converting your NSF file into an
ANSI 4010.A1 file,
and may even be charging a monthly flat rate or a variable fee.
Fortunately, our IQ4010 software
will let you convert and translate your NSF EDI transactions with any
entity in the country. It will translate your NSF claim file to ANSI
837 transactions, and it will translate ANSI 835, electronic remittance
file, into an NSF file, so that you can do automatic posting.
Unfortunately, even though all
entities accepting EDI transactions in ANSI format are to follow
ANSI4010.A1 standards, each has freedom in its implementation of the
standard. Each entity therefore, requires every submitter to be tested
and then authorized for production.
We have already tested with many
entities around the country. We not only provide you with
IQ4010 software but also work with you until you are approved for
production.
