IQBackup is a great service that will automatically and remotely back up your data at a pre-scheduled time of your choosing over a secured Internet connection. At a designated time our server will automatically access your data files and any changes from the previous backup are automatically downloaded via secured Internet connection. IQBackup then logs the date and the time of the backup so that you will know that the backup was successful.

IQBackup can backup any data on any computer that you designate. Our server data is also backed up on another media device that is stored at an off-site location in a secured safe. You are assured that your data is being backed up regularly, consistently, securely and that it is at a safe and remote location. IQBackup also includes remote restoration of your data in case you need to restore from the last backup.
